Dr. Steven Branberg

Growing up, Dr. Branberg (also known as “Dr. B”) excelled in math, science, and art. He knew that he wanted to use his skill as well as his passion for helping people when it came time to choose his career, and dentistry was the perfect fit! He’s been a dedicated dentist and prosthodontist in Texas for more than a decade now, and he’s honored that he gets to help patients with their smile goals each and every day.

As for his studies, Dr. B earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of California at Irvine before obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery and Certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. His extensive education and advanced training have allowed him to give numerous presentations on the topic of dental implants, including lectures titled A Systematic Approach to Complete Dentures and Tooth-borne Full-Mouth Reconstructions. Plus, he continues to maintain active memberships with professional organizations like the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Prosthodontics, and the American College of Prosthodontists!

Although much of Dr. B’s time in and outside of our dental office near Keller is dedicated to dentistry, he loves spending as much time as he can with his fiancé and her son. He’s also a sports enthusiast and loves playing basketball, volleyball, and golf. Here’s a fun fact about him: he’s passionate about cooking and grilling, and he makes a mean mac ‘n cheese!

Let me start off by saying Dr Branberg and his team are absolutely fantastic!!! They don’t make you feel like a patient but more like part of the team! They went above and beyond for my needs. By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this Dental Firm.

How Do I Find the Best Place to Get Dental Work Done?

First things first, you have to establish what you find important in dental work. This can be one or a combination of several things, including hours, credentials, payments/fees/insurance, location, cleanliness, and safety. Of course, you’ll also want to know the type of treatments you’re interested in or require. Do you want to enhance your smile? Need to replace a missing tooth? Or do you simply want to schedule your next dental checkup? Lastly, you should try getting a feel for the dental office, as your one-on-one time can be impactful toward how you feel about future visits. Try reading staff and dentist bios from their website so you can understand the team you’ll be receiving care from.

How Much Does a Dental Checkup & Cleaning Cost Near Keller?

On average, the cost of dental checkups and teeth cleanings in the United States is usually between $200 and $350. Of course, the price can be different depending on various factors, including geography and the patient’s oral health. These appointments typically begin with a review of your health history and a discussion of your dental concerns. You’ll also expect to undergo a thorough examination by your dentist, a meticulous cleaning, X-rays, and an oral cancer screening—all of which are crucial for preserving your smile and overall well-being. If you have insurance, the fees for these visits can be negotiated between your dentist and insurance provider.

How Can I Make a Same-Day Appointment With a Dentist?

If you need a same-day appointment, a phone call is always the best way to start. Emails won’t be answered as quickly. This will also allow our team members to better understand your condition, that way we can begin developing the proper treatment plan ahead of time. Most dental practices keep an extra operatory (exam room) in case of a dental emergency as well as same-day requests. The main objective for same-day appointments is to evaluate your situation, eliminate the root cause of pain, and create a detailed plan for your treatment. In some cases, more advanced procedures can be done on the same day!

How Much Does It Cost to Get a Tooth Extracted Without Insurance?

In most markets across the United States, the cost of tooth extraction can be between $150 and $400. This can change depending on geographical location and a patient’s dental health. You might also expect additional fees depending on the complexity of your tooth extraction, and if you require other services like sedation dentistry. Again, if you do have insurance, then your dentist and provider can negotiate the fees for your treatment, including any out-of-pocket co-pays.
